Sure, at first sight he looks and sounds like a conspiracy- loon. Some of his conclusions may be way off.
But ultimately, the sources he quotes and links to, are real sources. BBC, The Guardian, even CNN and MSNBC, the regular media etc.
He's both a christian and pro-gun yet he doesn't shove that in your face on every occasion. He's also non-racist and incredibly fair to people in and out of the United States. He calls the War in Iraq an unjust war against innocent people.
One thing where he differs from Michael Moore (whom he clearly despises, because according to Alex Jones, Moore is too moderate!). Like I said, some of his conclusions are off. But as Americans you can see for yourself by watching the daily news in the regular media and by seeing what's happening in your city or town: the authorities getting more restrictive every day. Law enforcement acting like they don't know the constitution themselves (illegal check points, searching of people and baggage without due reason).
What's even more troubling: clear violations of the Posse Comitatis, with the military cooperating with law- enforcement. Even I, as a Dutchman, could see that police riotgear in America has changed into an intimidating costume of dark armor, dark ski-glasses and military helmets. Why they do this? Because of the threat of terrorism they say but all they do is round up innocent, non-violent protesters like what happened during the Republican Convention in New York.
Thousands of non-violent protesters were locked up for as much as 24 hours in a condemned building that was full of toxic waste and *asbestos.*
In Europe, things are increasingly looking like in the States. During a G8 top a few years ago, police also arrested hundreds of innocent protesters and held them for hours *without* charges!

Disturbing info on the 9/11 attacks:
-according to construction experts, the fires weren't nearly hot enough to cause the steel construction to melt;
-supporting evidence of this is the fact that temperatures were not that high because survivors were waving and begging for help standing in the open windows and holes of the floors where smoke was coming from (seen on the videos);
-a FOX REPORTER on the spot was saying the second plane that struck the WTC "looked nothing like a passenger plane... It had no windows and had a blue logo on its hull (not American Airlines);
-radio reports from firefighters on the floors that were on fire, reveal that the fires were almost out and they only needed two lines to put them out;
-there are many more points, but what's (perhaps not surprising): all the steel debris coming from the WTC ruins was not kept as evidence, but all of it was sold off as scrap metal! Say what you want, but the authorities have a way of destroying important evidence. Just like they bulldozed the ruins of the Waco compound; just like the remains of the federal building in Oklahoma were *buried* at a private (off-limits to public) landfill.
I consider myself a non-hysterical, intelligent person with moderate political views. Take a chance and visit Alex Jones' website. To write off most of his work because of a few unbalanced conclusions would be a folly. I take it many of you continue to listen/watch regular media like CNN and MSNBC, don't you? They're hardly impartial or balanced either. FOX: no further comment. Fucking fascist propaganda!
