Even the winning side uses disinformation tactics. Hell, I still think Rove WANTED to lose the 06 congressional elections. This way the new neo con running in 08 could put the blame of EVERYTHING on the looney left congress instead of having to admit to any repubs wrong doing. Nice conspiracy theory huh?
