Is what Obama said qualifies as upper class and he is going to raise taxes on income above this. As I said many times before,I twist wrenches, the wife is a teacher, we are knocking on the door towards this number. Don't know about the rest of the country but 97000 $ is staying alive here in sunny california. Do the rest of you feel 97000 a year is rich?
