02/15/08: MPAA

I saw a movie at hotel not long ago called Hostel. Aside from repeated scenes of extremely graphic torture, the film ends with a castration (shown on screen) with the genitals then being fed to a dog (again, on screen). The movie was rated R, not NC-17.

Movie ratings have no meaning whatsoever. The MPAA is a bigger joke than the commissioner of baseball.
