Here's my vaguely similar situation. I was at some party, and a drunk guy started pushing me around. I hit him so he'd get off of me. Then he started saying, "I'll sue! I'll sue!" It was pretty obvious that he wasn't goin to. What happened to me isn't even in your league, but I still don't think anything's going to happen. The lawyers probably won't think filing a lawsuit is worth the time.
