If it's any consolation, if they had to qualify you down to an 8.5 you must be a beautiful woman. Besides, a bunch of drunk idiots blathering at a table in a bar aren't going to actually get around to filing any suit.. they're porbably just passed out alone in one at the end of the night anyway.
