I don't think that anyone should critizise this movie at all. First off, it is intended more so for children than adults. Besides, why the hell would you go see a child's movie and THEN come back and bitch about it not being good? That defeats the whole purpose of going to the movies. AND not using good sense in the first place. Robin Williams IS a good actor, as a matter of fact, he is a GREAT actor. His looks aren't fantastic, but he does do one thing well, and that's play a damn good role. I think the movie was well-suited for its intended viewers.
