Mendo's quote that every villian thinks he is a hero when take with the way he signs off "tom (hero in his own eyes)" clearly establish that he is the villian. That means my two choices are hero or asshole.
Now, I've claimed to be an asshole, BUT Mendo's recent post says that a villian opposes the hero, and since he (the villian) has set himself up to oppose me I must logically (using the terms Mendo has established) conclude that I am the hero. But I sure don't think of myself that way...
