There are several programs for making viodo footage look as if it were shot on film, such as Cinelook, FilmLook and several ICE programs. I have seen and used these and no one I know can tell the difference between film and treated digital footage.
And Two Women... what is up your ass about this series and George Lucas in particular? If you didn't like the fucking movie, tough shit. You don't like George Lucas, ignore him.
