>I've never met David Spade, but I assume that if I did, >he'd probably be disappointing by being normal.
You don't know the half of it. I get this a lot, surprisingly enough. Someone idolizes me for some reason or another, meets me in person, and unfortunately I don't have something witty to say every single second. I feel like I disappoint a lot of big fans that way.
Wish it was as easy in person as it is with a script.
>I suggest you keep enjoying his on-screen humor >without risking to find out that the most intersting thing >about his life is meaningless to an outsider.
Without context, the most interesting thing in my life is meaningless. I guess I could give you a hint: hub caps, hot dogs, and about three gallons of industrial lubricant.
No, it's not what you are thinking. That's disgusting.
>He's hilarious on stage. Let's leave it at that. No one is >as funny off-stage as on, especially if people expect them >to be. Anyway, isn't this cite supposed to be about bashing >people and their carrers instead of >praising them? (I have to admit, I can't bring myself to do >it either, he's actually talented.)
Thanks, and on the rare occasion that I get a chance to stop by mrcranky, I do enjoy chatting with some fans.
Regards, DS
