09/09/97: Deckard as Replicant

Posted By: AS Robinson

Ever given thought to the fact that Deckard may be a replicant himself. Perhaps he has been created to hunt down these superior creatures, and has finally begun to show the emotions that all replicants do before their time of death (obsoletion?). He seems to have had no problem doing this "retirement" before, but now has become some what guilt ridden over doing so. After all, when he tests Rachel and finally decides she is a Replicant, she asks him if he has ever taken his own test (whatever it is called) I mean, if one is going to hunt physically and mentally superior humans, wouldn't you create someone to hunt them down. In the city setting, it would be easy to track the emotional and pschological advance of a replicant.

Any takers??
