I could be wrong but there is no definitive proof that any replicants dream or even sleep in the sense that humans do. So that fact that Deckard dreams of a Unicorn at all could be proof that he is, indeed, human. I vote for Deckard being a burned out human that is tired of killing machines that never did him any harm.
