No, the fist that was curling up after Leon got off the phone was Roy's. If you'll notice, in the director's cut (I don't know about the original), you hear Roy's voice saying "not yet." And, at the end, right before he dies, Roy's hand begins to curl up, so he jabs a nail through it. This, apparently, signifies the death of a replicant. Maybe the muscles seize up near the end of their lifespan. Whatever. His hand clenches as he dies, though. And that's the way it is.
