Two points, rather trivial, which seem to indicate he is not a replicant. 1.) His eyes. The replicants rarely blink and have eyes which glow weakly in the dark. This is most apparents in the scenes with Rachel and Pris. His eyes seem human. Eyes play an important symbolic role in this movie. 2.) All of the replicants are insensative to heat and cold. This is even true of the pleasure model Pris where such an adaptation serves no useful purpose. Deckard is shivering uncontrolable in the cold shop window after he kills Zora. Unicorns seem to have some private meaning to Ridley Scott. One plays an important part of his subsequent movie Legend. There may be a unicorn included in the animals on Sebastion's chess set, its hard to tell.
