I read about Nader's commercial, and I saw it on the TV news today. I don't think he's viloating any copyrights. He's doing a parody, and I don't see anything wrong with that. I think Mastercard is getting upset over nothing, and that their getting upset can only harm their reputation.
I do disagree with Nader when he says that credit card rates are too high. Credit card rates are just like any other kind of price - they are determined by the market. In a free market, a price is just a number that tells you information about supply and demand. Saying that a price is too high is like saying that the temperature is too hot or that the speed of light is too fast.
