After cross-referencing cranky's evaluation of the movie and the christian spotlight on the movies (excerpt below), i think i have come to a conclusion about the movie and the christian mentality.
from the christian spotlight on the movies site: Refreshing. That's my initial response after coming out of the theater from seeing Bless the Child. It was refreshing to see issues such as spiritual warfare, the existence and power of Satan and Christianity in general treated on screen with respect, and even a large degree of accuracy.
Large degree of accuracy? what the hell is she talking about?
more from christian spotlight on the movies: This is an exciting movie with ... an abundance of violence. People are killed many ways ... in a positive light.

well i haven't seen the movie yet, but anything the christian spotlight recommends, any educated human would reject as trash.
the christian site (http://www.christiananswers.net) is almost as funny as this one.
