03/27/03: Oh, for goodness' sake

Ken, to are a pretentious prick. You probably wake in the morning wondering whether or not you should go down to eat your cornflakes because they were prepared by your mother, who is to be doubted because she once expressed a point of view.

Moral arguments are not prescriptive, except when idiots like Bush and Blair repeat them in mantra fashion. Should they be so presented then they are, and I agree you do allude to this, totally bogus. Moral arguments are just that. How do we reconcile present or future actions with present and past beliefs on how things should be in a society which has different pasts and presents that have informed them. But to imply that one side is totally right and the other totally at fault is to misunderstand the essence of ethical debate.

It's such a fucking cop-out to adopt your attitude ( assuming that it is more than a Cranky pose).

And get a fucking haircut!
