No one is born with perfect model quality faces/bodies. The black woman who had large lips especially the upper lip which appeared to be a bit of a cleft could've been fixed but only so much since you cannot completely fix your face if you have a certain facial appearance determined wholly by genetics. I really didn't notice much improvement in the black woman.
The white woman probably had the most improvement in face by nose surgery, facelift (from all those years of all work/no play)
If you want to sculpt yuor body (not your face) the natural and healthiest way is to workout 5-8 hours a week.. or you can cheap it and do surgery to do whatever you want. Note: Those TV/Movie people.. I wouldn't doub that 85% of them has had surgical procedure performed on them to look good.
