you start talking about one thing and when shown to be wrong you start going off on some other, more provable tangent. You *started* talking about a satellite based laser defense system. Which will not work now.
Now you're talking about a missile to missile defense system.
You can try redirection, but it doesn't really work.
And skilly, the space exploration program is to add a large addition to the Army base that is on the dark side of the moon. Duh!
