Shakesmear back a few years in Somalia the Canadian peacekeepers had problems with certian individuals commiting acts of theft, torture and murder on Somali children.
One horrible act was conducted by a canadian recuit who was a member of several neo-nazi orginizations, has swaztika tattoos on his back. And was seen in videos holding a machine gun saying with joy he was on "Operation Snatch Niggers" one tape was him riding in a truck with other troops as the yelled the N word at the villagers.
So Shakesmear Canadians do make great Peacekeepers.
