I've heard songs by only three of these bands.
Gorillaz--saw the "Clint Eastwood" video on Emp-TV the other day. Looks like a group of white rappers, if I'm not mistaken?
Butthole Surfers (or as my wussy local paper calls them, "The ... Surfers")--"Pepper" was a really cool song. I understand their earlier stuff is wilder and more experimental.
Seven Mary Three--I LOVE "CUMBERSOME"! It's one of the all- time great crank-it-up-on-your-car-radio songs. Nothing else I've heard from them sounds nearly as engaging, though. One-hit wonder?
