When we were still committing genocide against the indigenous people?
Later when we began dropping bombs on anyone who either had something we wanted or who weren't doing things our way?
Never said or implied that I "love" welfare, just think that you (and all of us)are a whole lot closer to needing a helping hand than we're aware of. The net's shredding buddy and the ground's a LONG ways down.
