That's an error so large as to beggar description.
Moreover, even then, it doesn't quite fly, so to speak. Had the Nazi German atomic-bomb project developed the bomb first, there is no doubt that Hitler's regime would have used it on London and Paris and Moscow and maybe even on Washington. Hitler's regime had absolutely no compunctions or reservations about waging war on civilians, and a new weapon would just have provided them a new toy to use in their war on civilians.
As noted in several posts above, your other historical assertions are also somewhat shaky.
