Richard, I might not be a lawyer or a historian like you are, and I might just be a humble high schooler, but I'm not a complete and utter moron. I know that we are not the only country who deliberately bombed civilians; I know that many countries have.
In case you need to know, the omission was made because I wasn't sure whether to say "nuclearly" or "with an atomic bomb" and I kept switching the two and ultimately forgot to put either.
