You used the word "blockbuster" and the phrase "the unregulated hairbraider" in the same sentence. That gives me an idea. They could make a movie out of this. It would be called THE UNREGULATED HAIRBRAIDER. The title character would be the evil bad-person scum who went around the world, terrorizing people by braiding hair without a licence. He would be at the very top of the F.B.I.'s most wanted list. He would be such a dangerous criminal that it would require not just one, not just two, but three, count em, three heroes to capture him and put an end do his evil-doing ways. The three heroes could be played by Arnold Schawzenager, Sylvestor Stallone, and Harrison Ford. The title character could be played by Kevin Spacey. Oooh. This movie could be even scarier than JAWS. I'm getting frightened just thinking about it.
