In the hair braiding case that you mentioned, since the customer received bad servie, I think it was perfectly legitimate for her to sue. But please keep in mind that in the case that I mentioned, the custoemrs had no complaints. In the case that I mentioned, the only people who had complaints were the government officials and the competing hair braiders.

I was already fully aware of the fact that a large percentage of people on welfare are children. However, it is also true that the vast majority of those children live with only one parent. As I stated above, in my thread titled "Welfare CAUSES poverty," the ultimate result of welfare has been to cause massive increases in the rates of illegitimacy. If your goal is to reduce poverty rates among children, then I suggest that you look at the relationship between illegitimacy and poverty.
