Slim it's called 50 years of bad liberal political social experimentation which has culminated to new heights in the Clinton era and the 90's...assisted housing is always going to be an unextricated mess of ridiculous government interference under the guise of "fairness" which liberalism always purports..which in reality it just fosters dependence and punishes those that are law=abiding and responsible..it is utterly amazing that people who want the Federal government out of their back pocket and generally out of their lives except for the true intent of our government which is to provide rudimentary protections needed to live in a free country, are touted as malevolent and void of compassion..we live in the most benevolent,civil society in the world..it is not the job of "Government" to decide that for us...
