my son had his operation this morning, and the surgeon said it looked really good... he was sending a sample of the "mass" to the lab as a formality, but was sure that it was benign... YAY!!! He also said that in a year you wouldn't be able to even see that there had been an operation, except for a few scars... no big hole or anything...
So I really want to thank everyone who took the time to post and email their concerns and best wishes for my son's good health... this place gets pretty wierd sometimes... it's nice to know that some of you really do care...
