How odd that a man who failed find oil in Texas and had to be bailed out by his daddy's overrich buddies should think to lecture corporate CEOs about being overpaid, when in a just world, he would be at a job asking whether you want fries with that:

Bush Tells Wall St. to Rethink Pay Practices

President Bush yesterday called on corporate boards to
hold their chief executives more accountable by tying
their pay to performance — a new message from a president
who is closely allied to the business community.
Addressing business leaders on Wall Street, Mr. Bush said “the salaries and bonuses of C.E.O.s should be based on their success at improving their companies and bringing value to their shareholders.”
