Those officials in Boston need to have their heads examined. It occurs to me that they wanted to spend some money and have some practice at an imagined emergency. After all, one can't bankroll swat teams, bomb sniffing robots, dogs, increased police presence, comm systems, computer systems forever and not show the public what you've been doing with their money.

When this farce is complete, the city will have egg all over everything. Watch the back-sliding and blame factors and laugh your asses off.
