Apparently the DA is a moron, and the judge isn't looking to waste his time on this. DA says, "They went and stuck these things up to cause a panic." Judge says, "But in your paperwork it says they put them for a marketing stunt, how is that related to causing a panic."
Prediction: Case dismissed, Judge makes "cameo" on Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
What they really should do is sue over the ones the bomb squad blew up!
