it seems people (mostly chicks, but people) are really hard up for romantic movies. I found this one kind of romantic, and not very funny. The jokes were sort of standard culture clash stuff. And I'm sorry, but who the hell hasn't seen a bundt cake before? Did her mother just roll off the boat?
It didn't work for me, so its phenomenon bums me out. Am I going to see more allegedly "heartwarming", tired and lukewarm (un)comedies like this in the future? I guess not if I can help it.
