I really don't care for either.
2) And why isn't anyone a "bird person" or a "reptile / amphibian person" or a "fish person"?
I've met plenty of each. If I were anything, I'd be a reptile/amphibian and arthropod person. The only thing that freaks me out at all is the people with pet rats - ick.
3) Why do dogs have cold noses?
Because if they weren't, we couldn't have urban legends that hinge on people being startled by a dog sniffing their bare posteriors.
4) Do dogs dream dreams? Do ducks have ears?
It would appear that dogs *do* dream. Ducks have ears, they just don't have any *external* ear structure.
5) Where did Fievel's dad get the idea there were no cats in America?
He made it up. He just figured it'd be better to tell the kid some fairy tale about where they were going, rather than trying to explain the horror of the progroms to a child.
6) Have you *ever* met a cat that would go within three feet of a lasagna?
