09/01/05: True, I just want the general public to get a taste that Bush cut funding

The more people become aware that Bush is full of it, the more...um uhhh...the more...uhhhh...the more they'll realize what idiots they were for voting for him, and then I can point the finger at them and tell them, "HA HA!! I told you so, but you didn't listen, you HAD to vote for him."
