i don't know if that was the case or not. anything's possible, but nowadays, you have a choice between the plastic skeletons or real ones. the real ones are people who have donated their body to medical science. in my school, we work with nothing but the real thing. right down to the smallest tooth. the real ones can start at about 8,000.00 and are hard to get ahold of, but you can get one if you are fine with waiting lists. plus, medical students really need to work with the real thing in order to be properly trained.
