... is that he is too goddamn hyperactive to be funny. He really doesn't need to be good-looking to be hilarious. Scott is so addicted to coffee he drinks like 3 pots of it per day, which means he can't sit still long enough for his humor to set in. I personally believe Carrot Top missed his calling in life, he should have snowboarding or been involved in the X-games, somehow.
