Please don't personalise everything posted in your direction. I was not saying that you would ever cheat, indeed 'knowing' you from your posts I am sure that you never would. Nor would I, we are the souls of rectitude. BUT (and I deliberately capitalise) there are immense pressures on those in any form of research. That so few do is commendable. I can understand why this may happen while not condoning what is done.
Incidentally, it is all very well for Collins to do an expose (acute accent over last e) but as principal author he had the obligation to ensure that the research was properly done. He is guilty too.
