Despite what it may seem like, I'm actually not offended
very easily. People that misunderstand homosexuality
irritate me, though.
Your post seemed like it was perpetuating DG's mistaken beliefs, so in that sense - yes, it irritated me. But I don't want anyone to think I'm so sensitive that I balk everytime someone uses the word "gay" in a derogatory way.
I just don't like being thought something that I'm not.
Thanks for your concern over offending me, but it's really OK.
