Stacks was the driver for the big heist Jimmy and Tommy pulled off at Ildewilde airport. He was supposed to ditch the truck after the crime was finished. He gets high and fucks his girlfriend instead, the cops find the truck and Jimmy starts getting paranoid. Tommy shows up the next morning and tells Stacks he's late, and that he'll be late for his own fucking funeral - then he shoots him in the head.
It's actually a cool scene, Tommy tells Frankie he had "better make that coffee to go", then there's this slow-mo shot of him pulling the trigger several more times.
One of my favorites, although the first time I saw it, I hated it. I hated all of them.
