is that people who don't want censorship of video games (or movies, music, TV, etc) have no political power, and that the makers of these products are easy targets for politicians (one thing almost all politicians, liberal or conservative, have in common is the ability to pander in order to get votes). Video games have become particularly easy targets, since the people currently in charge didn't grow up with them (and when their kids were young, the games were of the Pac-Man/Donkey Kong/Super Mario Bros. variety). Interesting thing is, by singling out GTA:SA, the politicians are giving the game tons of free publicity, which guarantees a major increase in sales of a game which was already incredibly popular...
