11/08/00: Anybody here seen "Sailor Moon"?

With TWEP having her daily hissy fit, I was just wondering just what this "Sailor Moon" stuff is about. TWEP takes herself so seriously, but isn't Sailor Moon a cartoon? What's it about? Is it a cartoon geared towards adults?
