...and it seems to kinda tap into this schoolgirl vibe that the Japanese seem to have in one corner of their minds. One nasty, quiet little corner...
Also, they have mondo stupid bad guys - it seems to take a minute whenever the Sailors want to fire up one of their special powers. Now, if it were ME on the wrong end of those, I'd be tossing everything I could get my hands on at them in order to disrupt their little rhythmic gymnastics - or, all else failing, being elsewhere before it hits. FAR elsewhere.
Unless, of course, they invariably fight bad guys who are mesmerized by schoolgirls gyrating....
