Serena is a goofy, underachieving 14-year-old schoolgirl with an alter ego called Sailor Moon who somehow manages to fight monsters from the Negaverse. (In the early episodes she'd finish them off by throwing her tiara at them.) Most of the time she gets in over her head and only rallies after Tuxedo Mask--a guy in a tuxedo and a mask--comes along and throws down a rose. This Tuxedo Mask has a suspicious resemblance to Darien, an arrogant college boy who drives Serena up the wall by calling her "meatball-head." (Her hairdo resembles two meatballs on the top of her hed.) Serena's mentor is a frequently-frustrated talking cat called Luna.
I hear they've dubbed the third and fourth seasons. I hope they get shown in Canada.
