SM is the lower end of kiddie anime. Cute, but dumb. Only about 2 steps above Barny the BPD, and not quite as intelegent as FHE's neutered GIJoe cartoons. To make matters worse, the English dub is even more childish than the original. Well animated, but you'll find better intellectual stimulation from reading the grafitti on the subway.
