01/06/08: About that warm water port.

Posted by: jwilson07

Sevastopol is a warm water port, located in the soviet union. Its never been barred to any traffic thru the Dardanelles since 1920. Including Russian warships. So lets stop using that tired old argument and face facts that the Russians invaded to stop the Afghanistan people from leaving their orbit of power and control. It was called the Brezhnev doctrine and very well know and constantly touted by soviets during the 70's and 80's. Too bad they got their russian asses kicked back home, otherwise you looney lefties could have used Afghanistan as an example of perfect Russian harmony and peace, as long as the guns loaded and pointed at the people 24/7.
