The so-called "New World Order", which was interrupted by the Clinton presidency. The question is, what else was on Bush Sr.'s "to do list"?
It'd be nice to think that American's had some say-so over the administration's policies. What the foreign critics don't realize is that whoever controls the system controls the USA. In the past it was a two-party comprimise. After the 2000 elections, the ball, the court and the referee are firmly in Republican hands.
