Indeed there is no maybe about it, you got me. As for the "buying into another propaganda machine"... is indeed as gnostic said a completely worthless statement. You see, to make a claim like that, in order for it to be credible you need to explian yourself. Watch, it's fun. You might pick up a few pointers.
I'll make a claim. You're sadly mistaken in your asertation that I've bought into another propaganda machine. Now, I prove my claim. While there are certainly anti US groups both in and outside that country, and while they do produce propaganda I am quite simply uninterested by them. I admit fully, I have my own biases but they are formed for the vast majority of my own conclusions.
I am a historian (primarily) and follower of current events world over. I call the US a political bully, not because some leftist frech newspaper (for instance) told me to. I call the US a political bully because of the actions they take against foreign governments (eg. Chile). Everything from supplying money and arms to specific groups, to outright invasion of countries.
It's not as if I've made this up, (unless you're saying that the Chilean revolt didn't happen wich is a whole 'nother kettle of fish) these are all well documented things the US Government has done. So by what your saying, looking at the evidence I've mounted that the US government is not acting in an arrogant bullyish manner? Can you honestly say to yourself that it's not?
I should also note for the sake of clarity, the US is by far not the only nation guilty of such things, and it is by far not the only nation wich I am inclined to rant about. But it is the suject at hand and it is one of the largest and worst perpetrators.
And yes, Bush is an alien invader. It's why he has trouble composing cohesive sentances. MARS NEEDS WOMEN!!!
