If the President was fleshing out a policy for regime change before 9-11 then his work with the United Nations trying to get Iraq to disarm was, as everyone suspected, disingenuous.
By his own admission, the President mislead the country and the world about his true intentions (regime change vs. disarmarment) in order to start a war, and then lied to prove he was justified to do so (by claiming Iraq had WMD).
Not that any of this is really news to anyone who has been paying attention. But now it's from the horse's mouth.
