I'm talking about the 82 Billion for Iraq. Bush said he wouldn't sign off on it if any of it was loans. Btw Convenor you better quit dissing my english. There is a very large Democratic voting block out there that couldn't care less. They say things like "shizzle my nizzle" and don't care is Convenor thinks its proper or not. Al Sharpton otta punch you right in the nose!
