My only complaint about this review is that "Chill Factor" only got four bombs. I walked in on the last twenty minutes of this movie. It was excruciating! The action was so canned I thought it was a made for TV movie or a Baywench spinoff. The dialog could have come strait out of David Hasselhoff's brain stem.
